My approach

I practice a holistic and trauma-informed approach to psychiatry that recognizes the deep connection between mind and body. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I consider how past experiences—especially trauma—are held not only in thoughts and emotions, but also within the nervous system and physical body. My work integrates evidence-based psychiatric care with an awareness of how stress, environment, relationships, and physiology shape mental health. By creating a safe and attuned space, I support patients in understanding their experiences, regulating their nervous systems, and fostering healing that is both psychological and embodied.

About me

I have been practicing psychiatry as a nurse practitioner for five years since graduating from George Washington University. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, bipolar, women’s mental health, and struggles with addiction. I have extensive experience and a passion working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, providing inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed care.

At this time I am currently accepting new patients through Treo Psychiatry including cash-pay options and a limited number of insurance-based options.

In-person and remote options

While our main office is based in the Los Angeles area, appointments are available in person in Orange County or virtually from the comfort of your home. In-person sessions are held in a quiet, private, and safe environment that supports trauma-informed care, while virtual visits offer flexible, accessible support without the need to travel. Both options provide the same attentive, holistic approach to your care.
